I release my current job into the universe...

And attract a new job that is perfect for me. One with colleagues that are educated and competent and fun and easy to get along with. One with fewer teaching hours so I can start my book. One with a better salary in an area with a lower cost of living. One with a little more liberal culture. One where I can have as good friends as I have here. One with good schools for my really smart kid. One in an area with lots of creative (music, theatre) opportunities. One with access to GORGEOUS rivers.

Help me come up with some positive (and humorous, if you like) intentions to get me the hell out of here... Thanks.

Here is a comment to see if this will work.

You could be my personal acting tutor. I promise to show up for classes everyday with a smile on my face. My apartment is not next to a river but it is near a really cool small creek and it has ducks and one big ol' goose that we could cook up.(maybe even get some fois gras out of it). I also could pay you extra as a baby sitter for my baby boy soon to arrive. As far as classes for Jacob I live in Hermitage that is just as good as Williamson County schools right?

I'd suggest looking for a job in the metro Nashville area. We've got it all, including excellent rivers. Plus, i fyou live in a small enclave in Nashville, you will have your liberal culture and access to private schools for your rotten kid. Cant help much with the salary, but hey you could play guitar on 2nd ave and make some extra money that way!

I am disappointed in you, vic hill. I would have expected you to do a little research on blogging before jumping right in. First and foremost, myspace is the place to blog. I have not seen one report of sexual predation on this blog site. There is no credibility here.

Second, this blog entry is much too sophisticated, poetic even, and much too veiled to arouse interest. A successful blog reveals things about the blogger that are much too personal to post on-line for all to see, and on that note, your blog is too anonymous as well. Vicious Hillbilly? Who's that? We need your name. And personal attacks. We need names of co-workers and you must slam them.

Please, take all of this into consideration before your next posting. Your blogsite should be the best it could be.

Can we go with you for most of the same reasons?? like the lower cost of living, the higher paying job?? You shouldn't need another reason, because you deserve better than the job you have. Let's explore out of country. And yes, I am still a Republican.....
